NGS Holdings, in collaboration with Tableau Software, organized a training session to introduce the system. The training session was attended by Mr. HENG Song Heng (Master Instructor), Ms. Meei Fang Heng (Partner Director), and Ms. Devi Hartuti (Account Executive), representing Tableau, along with the NGS staff.

At the training session, Mr. HENG Song Heng introduced and presented Tableau โ€“ a powerful tool for data analysis and visualization, allowing users to easily create charts, graphs, and dashboards from data, effectively supporting data-driven business decision-making.

Some highlighted features of Tableau introduced include:

- Diverse Data Connections: Supports connections to various data sources such as Excel, SQL, Google Sheets, and many other database systems.
- Powerful Visualization: Easily create charts, graphs, and heat maps.
- Flexible Interaction: Users can directly interact with dashboards and charts to explore data in more detail.
- Convenient Sharing: Reports and dashboards can be easily shared via the web or Tableau Server and Tableau Online.

The training session helped the NGS team gain a deeper understanding of the system, enhance their specialized knowledge, and effectively apply it in consulting and implementation for their clients.

On May 16, 2024, PetroVietnam Oil Corporation (PVOIL ) held the launch ceremony for the consulting and implementation project of the Data Warehouse and Intelligent Reporting Solution, marking the strategic partnership between PV OIL and NGS Holdings.

The project aims to build an intelligent data warehouse, providing a smart reporting platform for the company. This will enable PV OIL to effectively leverage data in business processes, make informed decisions, and increase its competitive advantage in the region.

On May 15, PetroVietnam Gas JSC (PV GAS) solemnly held the launch ceremony for the implementation of phase 1 of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system project.

The ERP system serves as a foundational element in PV GAS's digital transformation roadmap. Successfully implementing the ERP system will help PV GAS optimize and enhance the management of its business operations.

On May 4, 2024, Petrovietnam officially announced the operation of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (Phase 1), marking a significant milestone in the digital transformation journey of the Vietnamese oil and gas industry.

The collaboration between NGS Holdings and Petrovietnam has yielded impressive results: the ERP system operates efficiently with 6 essential business modules, including: General Ledger Accounting, Management Accounting and Cash Management/Treasury; Budgeting and Forecasting; Investment Portfolio Management; Consolidated Financial Reporting; Management Reporting.
