AI adoption is no longer a tooling problem. It’s a workflow design problem.

Most teams already have access to ChatGPT, Gemini, or NotebookLM.

In one recent B2B industrial marketing project, Feedforce Vietnam supported local ex*****on across page setup, ad operations, Vietnamese content production, targeting, and ongoing optimization. The goal was to improve market awareness and generate new leads in Vietnam.

What stood out to us was clear: even for niche B2B products, Facebook can work effectively in Vietnam when the strategy is localized and ex*****on is disciplined. The campaign helped grow the page from around 200 followers to about 7,000, while also generating inbound inquiries through Facebook.

Tokyo Business Trip: Connecting, Learning, and Preparing for the Next Phase of Growth

Recently, the Feedforce Vietnam team had the opportunity to travel to Tokyo as part of a business trip with our group companies. One of the highlights was a gathering that brought together more than 100 members from eight companies within the group, including a panel discussion on AI and the future of work.

The discussion around AI was particularly insightful. For digital agencies like ours, the conversation goes beyond simple use cases—it’s about how AI can meaningfully transform the way we work. Questions around how AI can help scale Expertise as a Service (EaaS), strengthen outcome-based models, and potentially evolve expertise into scalable products were central themes throughout the discussions.

This trip was also special for Feedforce Vietnam, as two members of our team joined the visit to Tokyo while we prepare for the next fiscal year starting in April. It was a valuable opportunity to have productive, in-person conversations with clients and partners, and to plant the seeds for several potential projects in the future.

For us, trips like this are more than just business travel. They are moments to strengthen connections within the group, gain new perspectives from the market, and think more deeply about how we want to grow in the next stage.

And as the photos might suggest, some of the most memorable moments happened around the dinner table—something that feels quite natural on trips like this.
