Hello Bohemia fellas!
It's been awhile since we closed down our little cafe due to a big change in our family. Now it's in new hands but it's still a family living room where you can come for a cozy atmosphere, to read books, to chat with friends, to let your kids play in the lovely outdoor playground while having a nice drink or quick snacks.
The important thing is that Bohemia West Lake Cafe reopens from now on.
We are so sorry for all the inconvenience and hope to welcome you here again really soon.

Deconstructed apple strudel

Another signature dessert at Bohemia, beside honey cake, it’s this!! It has all the traditional elements of a classic apple strudel from central Europe including puff pastry, raisin, apple but it looks ways sexier and tastes much better. The puff pastry is crispy from top to toe instead of soggy inside a wrapped strudel. Bigger caramelised apple pieces are fresher and more flavourful than being chopped and baked.
You can taste each element separately or altogether with homemade salted caramel ice-cream.
At Bohemia WL Cafe, you’ll know that you are having a very fine apple strudel if you’ve ever tasted one in Vienna or Prague.

Tomato Soup
Just a simple thing but to start off your meal, nothing can compete: It's light, tasty thanks to the sweet and sour flavour of tomato beside the freshness broccoli, carrot, corn and basil leaves.
We serve it hot in winter and cold in summer.
Vegetarians, vegans or even meat eaters wouldn't say no to tomato soup.

New Menu launched.
Bohemia will introduce and reintroduce our new food and signature ones. One dish a day. And today it's cheesecake, freshly made with new recipe and new look:
with fruit flambé.
Strawberries are our choice for this month since we now find a place where they have fresh and tasty ones from Dalat. You can order mango if you prefer sweetness.
Our NY Cheesecake this time has a hint of passion fruit instead or the sourness from sour cream. So the creamy cheese part will taste more fruity and lighter. The caramelized cracker crumbs for decoration will be the twist for those who like crunch and softness at the same time.
