𝐻𝑜𝑤 𝑑𝑜 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑐𝑒𝑙𝑒𝑏𝑟𝑎𝑡𝑒 𝑝𝑟𝑖𝑑𝑒 𝑖𝑛 𝑎 𝑝𝑙𝑎𝑐𝑒 𝑤ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑒 𝑠𝑖𝑚𝑝𝑙𝑦 𝑏𝑒𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑖𝑠 𝑎𝑙𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑑𝑦 𝑎𝑛 𝑎𝑐𝑡 𝑜𝑓 𝑐𝑜𝑢𝑟𝑎𝑔𝑒?

That was the question that guided our creative journey with VietPride 2025 — a movement that stands tall against the waves of prejudice, with love, softness, and quiet power.

This year’s theme, “BÓNG VƯỢT SÓNG” (𝑆𝑢𝑟𝑣𝑖𝑣𝑎𝑙 𝑜𝑓 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑄𝑢𝑒𝑒𝑟𝑒𝑠𝑡), shines a light on the voices of q***r lives in Southern Vietnam — where “bóng”, once a slang, is being lovingly reclaimed. Now, it carries new meaning: soft, radiant, and fluid — a symbol of resilience shaped by culture and care.

To be bóng is to move like water — gentle yet unstoppable.
To live proudly, even when the tides rise.
To transform pain into poetry, and survival into art.

✿ At REIKA, we set out to translate that spirit into visuals that feel both defiant and tender — a dance between resistance and grace. Our art direction celebrates q***rness not through loud slogans, but through texture, rhythm and color - warm, flowing, and alive.

✿ BÓNG VƯỢT SÓNG is not just a theme. It’s a love letter to every q***r soul who keeps showing up — in protests, in laughter, in quiet morning routines — saying, “𝐼 𝑎𝑚 ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑒. 𝐴𝑛𝑑 𝐼 𝑎𝑚 𝑠𝑡𝑖𝑙𝑙 𝑙𝑖𝑣𝑖𝑛𝑔.”
