The product introduction meeting between SmartApply and the University of Finance and Marketing (UFM) took place at 9:00 a.m. on November 6, 2024, at UFM's headquarters, located at 778 Nguyen Kiem, Ward 4, Phu Nhuan District.
The meeting began with a presentation from UFM, where representatives introduced the university's international partnership programs with top institutions such as Thompson Rivers University in Canada and Help University in Malaysia. These strategic partnerships offer Vietnamese students opportunities to study and experience an international academic environment starting from their second or third year.
SmartApply then introduced its system as a comprehensive admissions management solution that assists UFM in receiving and processing initial student applications and subsequently forwarding them to partner universities when students enter their second or third year. With this feature, SmartApply helps UFM streamline its admissions process and facilitates partner institutions in the U.S. and Canada in verifying students' original documents. Additionally, SmartApply offers an anti-fraud tool that ensures transparency and accuracy in document verification, minimizing risks associated with international admissions.
SmartApply is also designed to help international universities access a rich pool of students from local schools. This system transforms local institutions into reliable recruitment partners, broadening the reach of international universities. Through this approach, local schools not only enhance their capacity for admissions at the entry level but also provide international institutions with an effective new marketing channel. SmartApply enables international universities to carry out targeted, multi-channel communication campaigns aimed at local students, thereby increasing the number of high-quality applications from students with aspirations to study abroad.

Its system closely connects all stakeholders—including international and local schools, study-abroad agencies, parents, and students—on a single unified platform. At the conclusion of the meeting, representatives from both UFM and SmartApply expressed a desire for a long-term partnership. With the aim of implementing SmartApply at UFM, both parties anticipate that the system will enhance efficiency in the admissions process, broaden academic opportunities for students, and thereby contribute to the sustainable growth of international education
