🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Market Development: Maintain existing key accounts and proactively seek, connect, and expand new customer networks in Northern Vietnam.
• Solution Specialist: Manage strategic FA (Factory Automation) product lines; provide technical consulting, support, and address market inquiries.
• Drive Revenue: Implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives to exceed assigned KPIs and sales targets.
• Market Insights: Track new projects and market trends to propose optimal automation solutions that enhance customer operational efficiency.
• Ecosystem Networking: Work closely with FA partners, including System Integrators, OEMs, distributors, and end-users.
• Performance Reporting: Plan daily/monthly activities and submit regular business performance reports to Management.
🎯 JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Experience: 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or equivalent position in the industrial automation industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields.
• Technical Skills: Experience with industrial machinery, automation systems, sensors, or controllers is highly preferred. Proficient in MS Office.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Languages: Good command of English in business contexts (listening, speaking, reading, writing). English CV required.
• Mobility: Valid car driver's license is preferred (candidates without a license will still be considered).
