-> Hướng dẫn convert Cisco 9100 Series sang chế độ Controller và ngược lại Lưu ý: Khác với chế độ Mobility Express, khi chuyển 9100 Series qua controller thì phải chọn đường dẫn tftp đến ap1g7 (Tức chế độ lightweight), và đường dẫn tftp đến file WLC: C9800-AP-iosxe-wlc.bin.
-> Sau khi boot xong, AP sẽ yêu cầu bạn nhập password. Bạn gõ password mong muốn và xác thực lại password. Bạn có thể lựa chọn như hình đính kèm.
Bước 3: Đổi ngược lại AP từ chế độ Controller thành chế độ Lightweight

-> Symptoms:

- When AP is powered on, we will be stuck at (RNAQ-C7) # or u-boot #
- We choose boot from part1 or part2 is useless, notifaction like below:

-> Conditions:

Normally, we press Mode button in 20s to 60s to full factory reset.

However, we might hold that button too long, over 60s. At this time, the Cisco AP will erase all IOS file, so that it goes directly to ROMMON.

-> Workaround:

In this example, we set IP of TFTP server (Maybe your computer) to 10.10.10.56/255.255.255.0
After that, we download IOS file, extract it, then point TFTP to this folder.
Special Note: File IOS which must have name like this: AIR-AP1830-K9-8-5-140-0.tar (Not "ME" file)
We continue to configure on the Cisco AP:
