Aegona began its journey in Vietnam in 2018, with its first office located in Quang Trung Software City (QTSC) – one of Vietnam’s largest concentrated IT parks. Established on March 16, 2001, in Trung My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, QTSC is now home to more than 120 technology companies and universities, with over 650 technology products and solutions.
Today, Aegona has 3 offices and work locations, each focusing on different services and serving different customer segments. While their roles may differ, they are all connected by the same goal: delivering software solutions that create real value for businesses and customers around the world.

🏢 [HQ – LAB 1] HEADQUARTERS | HO CHI MINH CITY
📍 Orbital Building (QTSC 9), Quang Trung Software City, Trung My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
This was the first location established by Aegona in late 2017, and it is also the company’s headquarters. Located in Orbital 1 at Quang Trung Software City, it is commonly known within Aegona as Lab 1.
Here, our team focuses on key services including custom software development, website and mobile app development, AI applications, software system integration, system maintenance and upgrades, and IT staff augmentation for roles such as Software Engineers, BA, QC, and Testers.
Lab 1 is also where Aegona meets and connects with partners and customers from Vietnam and around the world, from initial discussions about technology needs to opportunities for collaboration and joint development of projects that address real business requirements.

📍 QTSC 1 Building, Quang Trung Software City, Trung My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
Also located within Quang Trung Software City, Lab 2 is responsible for developing and operating Aegona’s technology products. This is where our team builds and continuously improves products such as Panda Loyalty, Gamora, TourFlow, ERP, and other solutions designed to address different business and operational needs.
While Lab 1 focuses primarily on developing projects tailored to specific customer requirements, Lab 2 focuses on building products that can be continuously developed and scaled across different business models.
From researching business needs and developing new features to operating and improving the products, the team at Lab 2 continuously evolves these platforms based on real-world market demands.

📍 MISA Building, 39 Truong Chinh Street, Buon Ma Thuot Ward, Dak Lak
Aegona’s journey does not stop in Ho Chi Minh City. In Buon Ma Thuot, Lab 3 focuses on technology services and solutions for SMEs.
For this customer segment, technology needs often start with very practical challenges: building a new website, improving an existing system, digitizing a business process, or finding the right tools to support day-to-day operations.
Based on these needs, Lab 3 provides services including website design and development, website maintenance, Domain – Hosting – SSL, UI/UX & Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, business email, and other solutions that support businesses in their digital transformation.
