At SAS Innovate on Tour in Sydney yesterday, the discussion moved quickly to accountability. What happens when a model, an agent, or an automated decision gets it wrong, and who owns the outcome?

CBTW joined more than 400 senior leaders from financial services and the public sector to examine how governance, oversight, and accountability need to evolve as AI takes on a larger role in enterprise decision-making.

CBTW recently celebrated the successful completion of our PNV Internship Program 2026, recognizing the achievements and growth of our talented interns throughout their learning journey.

This year marks 11 years of partnership between CBTW and Passerelles Numériques Vietnam (PNV), reflecting our long-term commitment to empowering young talent through practical learning and career development opportunities.

Over the past five months, our interns gained hands-on experience by contributing to SpaceMatch AI, an AI-powered interior design assistant that leverages artificial intelligence to recommend complementary furniture and generate complete room concepts from a single uploaded image. Working on a real-world project alongside experienced professionals enabled them to strengthen their technical expertise, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

A heartfelt thank you to our Tech Advisory Board, coaches, project team members, and mentors for their invaluable guidance and support throughout the program. Your dedication has made a lasting impact on our interns' learning experience.

Our CBTW Bengaluru Office recently took a mindful pause with a special yoga session, bringing colleagues together to step away from their screens, slow down, and focus on wellbeing.

Held as part of our International Yoga Day celebrations, the session created space for calming breaths, energizing stretches, and a simple reminder that taking care of ourselves helps us show up better, for our work and for each other.

A big thank you to everyone who joined and brought such positive energy to the room. Moments like these help build a healthier, happier, and more connected workplace.
