Mới đây, trong phóng sự “Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh trong cuộc đua khoa học công nghệ toàn cầu” phát sóng ngày 23/06 trên kênh VTV4, ông Nguyễn Quang Huy – CEO của LARION – đã có những chia sẻ vô cùng thiết thực về vấn đề này:

"Theo tôi, thách thức lớn nhất hiện nay không nằm ở công nghệ mà nằm ở tốc độ thay đổi của công nghệ. AI đang làm thay đổi mọi lĩnh vực với tốc độ chưa từng có... Bên cạnh đó, doanh nghiệp phải đầu tư nguồn kinh phí rất lớn cho đào tạo nhân lực, nghiên cứu phát triển (R&D), hạ tầng và các hoạt động thử nghiệm. Đây là những khoản đầu tư dài hạn, trong khi hiệu quả và thời gian hoàn vốn vẫn còn nhiều thách thức."

Và chìa khóa để tồn tại & bứt phá, theo ông Huy:
"Doanh nghiệp công nghệ phải sở hữu khả năng học hỏi, thích nghi liên tục và làm chủ công nghệ. Bài toán lớn nhất hiện nay là làm sao thích nghi nhanh, đầu tư đúng và chuyển hóa công nghệ thành giá trị thực tế cho khách hàng và doanh nghiệp."

Over the past two decades, technology has continuously transformed, but the foundation of success has remained the same: talent and opportunity.
People often ask how LARION grew from a local vision into a global technology partner. The answer goes back to a realization our founder had in 2003 - that great engineering talent exists everywhere, but opportunity does not always reach it.

✍ Back in 2003, while leading an R&D team for Motorola in Vietnam, our founder began to notice something special in the people around him.
Young Vietnamese engineers were solving highly complex technical problems, building high-quality solutions, and proving that they could perform at a world-class level. The more he worked with them, the more he realized this talent was something the world had not fully discovered yet.

At the same time, global demand for software development was growing rapidly, especially from the United States and international markets.
For many people, this looked like a business opportunity. But for him, it felt much more personal. He already had a stable career, a good mentor, and promising opportunities ahead. Yet many talented young engineers in Vietnam did not have the same access to global projects, career growth, or the chance to fully reach their potential.

And that thought stayed with LARION's founder:
