Our Summer Party gave us the perfect opportunity to step away from our desks and spend time together outside the office.

From DIY workshops, games, and sweet treats to vendor booths, live music, and unforgettable sing-alongs, the day had something for everyone. As the sun went down, the energy only grew, turning the evening into a celebration of music, laughter, and shared moments.

The second stage of IT Accelerator – The Connection was successfully completed! ❤️

The event gathered top participants from stage 1 to connect, collaborate, and experience how technology can solve real business challenges. Working in teams, students explored a real-life case study by translating business problems into technical solutions, sharing ideas, and presenting their approaches together.

Beyond the challenge sessions, the evening dinner created a warm and energetic atmosphere filled with fun conversations, sharing moments, and laughter. It was a great opportunity for students to network with peers, mentors, and Netcompany employees while learning more about university life, career paths, and the IT industry.

For Lê Đỗ Trọng and his team, it means improving the foundation behind everyday digital communication, while keeping the system stable for the people who depend on it.

As Lead Software Engineer and local project lead in Vietnam, Trọng is driving the front-end transformation of a widely used communication platform. The work involves cleaning up an outdated codebase, moving to a modern framework, and releasing improvements step by step, so progress does not disrupt ongoing development.

It is careful, practical work. Balancing client priorities, user needs, and long-term maintainability. This is how strong foundations are built. By making decisions that support the system today and make it easier to improve tomorrow.

Last Saturday, we kicked off the IT Accelerator journey with the first stage - The Spark ⚡
It was a 3-hour individual coding challenge for students passionate about programming and problem-solving. Under time pressure, participants tackled coding challenges, tested their technical skills, and pushed their limits in a competitive yet exciting environment. 💻⏱️
More than just a programming challenge, The Spark was a playground for students who love code, a chance to learn and challenge themselves. Thank you to everyone who joined and brought such great energy to the event.
