JOB DESCRIPTION
This position will handle a wide range of operations necessary for expanding our business including:
Digital marketing agency business
We support customer's marketing activities including marketing planning, running ads, operating social media account, developing marketing materials in multimedia, etc.
The followings are the roles of this position for this business.
-Marketing planning
-Launch and manage marketing projects
-Operation of advertisements in Google, Facebook, etc.
-Operation of social media account
-Develop simple ad creative such as banner
-Plan and manage the project to develop marketing materials such as websites and videos
-Building a network with local publisher, creators, etc.
Cloud software service agency business
We provide the cloud software service for our partner company as an sales agency. We will work on sales activities to customers contacting us about this service and continue supporting the contracted customers about how to use it.
The followings are the roles of this position for this business.
-Sales paperwork (Quotations, Purchase orders, etc.)
-Customer support about the usage of the cloud software
-Sales for cloud software service(response to inquiries only)
Other jobs and assistant jobs
In addition, this position will be responsible for various tasks that occur in the projects with the customer.
Since this company is newly established, this position will also be responsible for other various admin jobs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor's Degree
-More than 3 years of working experience
-English or Japanese (Business level) *Direct manager is Japanese.
Also, those who have multiple experiences among the followings:
-Experience in planning and executing marketing activities
-Experience in managing social media accounts for marketing purposes
-Experience in running ads(Google, Facebook...etc.)
-Create marketing creative such as banners, promotional flyers using Canva etc.
-Experience in planning and managing projects to produce marketing materials in multimedia such as web page, videos, etc.
-Experience of supporting customers about how to use software
