👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family Fun 2026 – The moments that matter most. 💙
Some of the best memories aren't made in meeting rooms or during project milestones, they're created while cheering on our kids, sharing a laugh with teammates, or simply spending quality time together.

Over the past two weekends, our GFT families in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi came together for Family Fun 2026, filling the days with laughter, games, shared meals, and unforgettable memories.

At GFT, family is part of our story, and moments like these strengthen the connections that make our community so special. Thank you to every colleague and family member who joined us. You made this celebration truly one to remember.

Here's to many more memories, both inside and outside the office. 💙

📸 Swipe through some of our favourite moments, we hope they make you smile as much as they made us.

✨ Which photo is your favourite? Tag your family or teammates and share your favourite Family Fun memory with us!

AI-centric isn't a tagline for us. It's a shift in how we work, and this week we brought that thinking into the community. 👌
At our "Human x AI Agents Collaboration" Tech Talk last Wednesday, hosted alongside Women Tech Entrepreneurs, Women in Tech®Vietnam, GFT Technologies APAC & GCC, Mantu and AI Leaders Vietnam - the first AI Agency in Vietnam, our team joined the conversation on what it actually takes to build teams ready for Agentic AI.
Le Uyen Thao, CEO of AI Leaders Vietnam, opened with "From AI Users to AI Leaders." The panel that followed brought together:
▶️Manh (Amin) Trinh Trinh, IDU Manager at GFT APAC
▶️Le Uyen Thao, CEO, AI Leaders Vietnam
▶️Alex Ivan, Engineering Manager, Mantu Vietnam
Hosted by Annie Dang, Employer Branding Manager at GFT APAC

The discussion shared how we're approaching this internally: embedding AI into strategy and delivery, not just adding it as a tool on top, and what that shift demands from leadership and teams alike.
Good questions, sharper thinking, and a room full of people building for what's next. Thank you to everyone who joined us.🙌

AI agents are now teammates, not tools. The question every organisation has to answer is what that means for how teams are structured and how work actually gets done.
We're tackling that head-on at "Human + AI Agents Collaboration," a panel on building AI-ready teams and operations.
Joining the conversation: Amin Trinh (IDU Manager, GFT APAC), Le Uyen Thao (CEO, AI Leaders Vietnam), and Alex Ivan (Engineering Manager, Mantu).

AI adoption is accelerating. Yet many organizations still struggle to scale it effectively.

Not because of a lack of ideas, but because of what lies beneath: legacy systems, disconnected data, rigid architectures.

That’s where progress slows down.

Yesterday, our GFT Technologies Vietnam team took a break from meetings, projects, and deadlines to enjoy some friendly competition at the office Foosball Tournament.
The event brought together colleagues from different teams, creating opportunities to connect, collaborate, and simply have fun. From intense matches to plenty of laughter and cheering, it was a great reminder that strong teams are built not only through work, but also through shared experiences.
Congratulations to all participants and winners for bringing such great energy to the tournament!🎉🌟

Building a stronger tech industry starts with investing in the people who will run it.🚀
Last Friday, GFT Technologies APAC & GCC brought our experts: Nga Le and Lâm Thu Nguyên, to HUTECH University - working with IT students on the product development challenges they'll face on their future job. The format was direct: an open conversation where more than 200 students could pressure-test their assumptions and get honest answers about what professional software development actually looks like.
This is part of hashtag - GFT's ongoing effort to share technical expertise with universities and students across the region.

At GFT Technologies APAC & GCC, Quang Pham didn't just write better code. He started thinking differently. 🚀
He learned to see past the code, understand the bigger picture, and develop leadership skills, not from a course, but from being put in situations where it was needed.
We asked him to finish this sentence: "I stay at GFT because..."
"Here, I'm constantly pushed to think deeper, build better, and bring others along with me."
This is Why We Stay. More stories from coming soon.

Most companies fill diversity panels. Fewer fill design tables.
Lomi Hou, our Web3 Solution Director, makes that distinction sharply in the latest instalment of our Women in Tech interview series. She walks into Tier-1 bank boardrooms and the conversation starts on architecture - token orchestration flows, custody frameworks - not introductions. That's not accidental. It's a structural choice GFT Technologies made about who leads on substance.
Her career reads like a masterclass in raising the bar on herself. Now, the question she holds herself to is simpler and harder: does what I build actually carry weight?
Her ask of the industry is just as precise. Put women on the panels that decide what gets built - conference agendas, steering committees, technical governance boards. Not as a diversity measure. As a design default.

On May 29, Lâm Thu Nguyên Thu Nguyen, Staffing Manager at GFT Technologies APAC & GCC APAC, and Nga Le, Delivery Manager at GFT APAC, will be at HUTECH - Đại học Công nghệ Tp.HCM hosting "From Code to Stakeholders: How Software Gets Built and Delivered with computer science students". They will share what actually happens between writing a feature and a client signing it off: requirements, stakeholders, delivery pressure, and the parts of the job that don't make it into textbooks.
Most engineers learn this the hard way, in their first year on the job. It doesn't have to be that way. When people already in the industry show up and share what they know, students walk into their careers with sharper instincts and better questions.
This seminar is part of Grow Tech Talent, GFT's global program of working alongside universities and tech communities to support the next generation of engineers.

Last Saturday, 30 girls spent their day coding, building, and competing. Not watching. Not learning from a textbook. Actually doing it.
Co-organized with OhStem - Thiết bị Giáo dục STEM , Girls in STEM: Code & Build brought young girls together for a full day of hands-on challenges - writing real code, solving real problems, and finishing with a fun hackathon.
This is part of GFT Technologies's "Grow Tech Talent Worldwide" initiative - a global commitment to growing IT talent at every level, with a strong focus on encouraging girls and women to pursue careers in technology. Through our Women in Tech program, we work to make sure that commitment goes beyond intention. Events like this are where it becomes real.
The tech industry still has a diversity gap. Closing it starts earlier than most people think. It starts in rooms like the one we had last Saturday - where a girl debugs her first line of code and realizes she's good at this.
We'll keep building these spaces. Because the next generation of tech talent is already out there.
