💥 REQUIREMENTS
- Deep understanding of data structures and algorithms, design patterns.
- Have at least 1 year of experience writing Backend code in Golang or Java language.
- Experience in network programming (TCP, UDP, gRPC, Websocket...).
- Experience working with at least one of the following databases: Postgres, MongoDB, Elasticsearch.
- Experience using Git, deploying applications with CI/CD.
- Experience in developing Java application interfaces.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Eager to learn, dynamic, creative, and positive at work.
- Good communication, work in a team and independently at the same time.
- English Skill is a plus.
💥 JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Design and implement micro services in Golang language (API, services, crawlers).
- Improve availability, scale, latency, and service efficiency.
- Develop and optimize Application Console to improve user interface and experience.
- Work with the Product Owner to implement products and features.
- Work closely with the team to build, scale and operate high performance backend services.

💥JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- People management/Leadership: Be a representative to subordinates for organisational.
development activities, facilitate in solving the related work concerns, or issues from
employees.
- Assignment management:
● Coordinate with the Sales Team, Project Manager and Development Team at all
stages of project management.
● Be able to review, understand, and judge required solutions, the amount of man months and tech stack.
● Closely monitor each project situation and change the assignment as needed.
- Training and development of engineers: Be responsible for the development of
subordinates, and strive for their growth through skill building activities, appropriate
assignment and daily involvement.
- Recruitment/Training strategy planning: Closely communicate with Management and
based on the order forecast or prospect project, create concrete Recruitment Strategy and
Training Strategy to specify by when, which tech stack and how many and how, we hire or
train.
- Engineer Recruitment: Be able to conduct the interviews with engineers at all levels.
- Engineer Evaluation: Manage technical teams, track, feedback, evaluate, and improve
performance of subordinates toward their career development path.
💥REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 6+ years experience in software development, with proven ability to design,
develop, and deliver high quality products.
- 3+ years experience with engineering management roles for project management and
people management.
- Proven ability for coaching and mentoring.
- Adapt in building team culture, people connectivity and engagement.
- Extensive communication skills for both external and internal to different types of people.
- Excellent problem solving skills, especially in dealing with escalated or critical issues.
- Strong critical thinking to reflect concerned matters from different viewpoints.
- Open minded, and result oriented mindset to deal with change and diversity.
- Good command in English or Japanese (N1 or above).
- Understanding of PL/BS (profit loss and balance sheet) is a plus.
