*Job Description
- Manage the end to end recruitment process of Company's vacancies within the business units
- Build up the sources of candidates via job posting channels, websites, forums, employment agencies,...
- Screen CVs, execute phone interview, take HR round interview for qualifying candidate and advising to manager
- Negotiate offer and send offer to candidate
- Implement on board for new comer
- Develop Employment Branding through creative and inspired posting, image for fan page, website, job fair,...
- Guarantee the fluency of recruitment system
- Collaborate with other teams to strengthen the company’s employment brand
- Advising manager on recruitment strategy

* Job Requirement
MUST HAVE
- At least 1 years of experience in IT recruitment field
- Good network with market workforce
- Good sense of human being
- Interview and assessment skill
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizing and time management skills
- Trustworthy, attention to details, active and willing to work under high pressure
- Proficiency use of Microsoft Office, Internet and email.
- English is fluent in both writing and speaking, Japanese is prefer

- Implement logic and database for the frontend of web applications

* Job Description:
You will perform following tasks:
- Work closely with team members to build NLP engine, Recommendation systems and other AI products
- Apply machine learning and AI algorithms to analyze data and develop models
- Develop RESTful web services to provide API integration
- Rapid prototyping of machine learning and AI-based solutions for integration with projects, products and services
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business logics/processes and implement them with AI-based solutions

* Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science
- At least 2 years of relevant experience as AI specialist with completed projects
- Deep knowledge in classical supervised, unsupervised and reinforcement machine learning algorithms and other AI subfields such as natural language processing, recommendation system, deep learning and human-computer interaction
- Experience with machine learning and AI toolkits such as Scikit learn, Tensorflow, Dialogflow and Theano
- Proficient in object-oriented programming and able to develop prototypes rapidly with one or more languages such as Python, R, C++, Java and PHP

- Design and development of MUI cryptocurrency (consensus protocol design)

The following skills are required to achieve successful performance in this position:
- Experience in hybrid mobile application development using React Native
