🎙️ SOICT 2026 KEYNOTE SPEAKER - PROF. LI XIAOLI

We are delighted to welcome Prof. Li Xiaoli from Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) and Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, as a Keynote Speaker at SOICT 2026 - The 15th International Symposium on Information and Communication Technology.

Prof. Li is currently the Head of the Information Systems Technology and Design (ISTD) Pillar at SUTD, bringing more than 30 years of experience across academia and industry. Prior to joining SUTD, he served as Department Head of Machine Intellection at A*STAR’s Institute for Infocomm Research (I²R), where he led a team of more than 100 scientists in developing advanced AI technologies and real-world solutions across multiple sectors.

His research expertise spans Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Mining and Data Science, with a strong focus on translating cutting-edge research into impactful applications. Prof. Li has published over 400 research papers in leading international conferences and journals and has held leadership roles at prestigious AI conferences including NeurIPS, ICLR, KDD, ICDM, WWW, IJCAI, AAAI, ACL and EMNLP.

His contributions to the field have earned international recognition, including being named a Clarivate Highly Cited Researcher and being listed among the world’s top 2% scientists by Stanford University.

With his extensive experience bridging AI research, industry innovation and large-scale technology deployment, Prof. Li will bring valuable perspectives to the academic community at SOICT 2026.

SOICT 2026 serves as a vibrant international platform for researchers, academics, and industry professionals to present pioneering research, exchange insights, and build new collaborations. Covering a broad spectrum of emerging and impactful topics, including AI Foundations and Big Data, Networking and Communication Technologies, Multimedia Processing, AI Applications, Generative AI, Applied Operations Research and Optimization, Recent Advances in Cyber Security, the symposium aims to foster meaningful dialogue and advance innovation across the ICT landscape.
SOICT 2026 proceedings will be published in the Springer CCIS series. The Proceedings of SOICT 2026 will be indexed in DBLP, Google Scholar, EI-Compendex, Mathematical Reviews, SCImago, Scopus and submitted for inclusion in ISI Proceedings.

🎙️ SOICT 2026 KEYNOTE SPEAKER - DR. JIANQUAN LIU

We are delighted to introduce the next Keynote Speaker at SOICT 2026: Dr. Jianquan Liu, Principal Researcher at the Biometrics Research Laboratories, NEC Corporation, Japan.

Dr. Liu is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Graduate School of Science and Engineering, Hosei University, Japan. His research interests span high-dimensional similarity search, multimedia databases, web data mining and information retrieval, cloud storage and computing, and social network analysis.

Throughout his career, Dr. Liu has published 50+ papers at major international and domestic conferences and journals, received 20+ awards, and filed 40+ PCT patents. His research contributions have also been successfully transformed into commercial products in industry.

Dr. Liu has actively contributed to the international research community through numerous leadership roles at IEEE conferences and currently serves as an Associate Editor of IEEE MultiMedia Magazine and the Journal of Information Processing.

SOICT 2026 KEYNOTE SPEAKER - PROF. BRIGITTE JAUMARD

We are delighted to welcome Prof. Brigitte Jaumard from Concordia University, Canada, as a Keynote Speaker at SOICT 2026 - The 15th International Symposium on Information and Communication Technology.

Prof. Jaumard is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering at Concordia University. Her research spans a broad range of areas, including large-scale optimization, machine learning, optical and wireless networking, logistics, network design and planning, and operations research.

Her work particularly focuses on developing mathematical models and efficient algorithms for complex, large-scale optimization problems, with applications ranging from communication networks and cloud computing to transportation and artificial intelligence. Her current research also explores intelligent network automation, including the use of machine learning for network management, performance prediction, and 5G network optimization.

With her extensive expertise at the intersection of optimization, networking, and artificial intelligence, Prof. Jaumard will bring valuable insights to the academic community at SOICT 2026.
