Location: Hanoi City, Vietnam

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused IT Help Desk Engineer to provide onsite and remote technical support for end users at our client’s Hanoi office. The role involves managing end-user devices, supporting meeting room systems, maintaining network infrastructure, and ensuring smooth IT operations in a corporate environment.
🛠️ 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
𝑬𝒏𝒅-𝑼𝒔𝒆𝒓 𝑺𝒖𝒑𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕
* Provide onsite and remote IT support for users at Hanoi office
* Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and standard applications
* Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Office apps)
* Handle incidents and service requests via ServiceNow
* Ensure response time SLA compliance
𝑰𝑻 𝑰𝒏𝒇𝒓𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒄𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝑺𝒖𝒑𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕
* Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, WiFi, switches, and UPS systems
* Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
* Support and maintain Teams Rooms / Zoom Rooms (Yealink devices)
* Assist with video conferences and online meetings when required
𝑫𝒆𝒗𝒊𝒄𝒆 & 𝑨𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒕 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕
* Manage IT asset inventory and equipment allocation
* Support printers, cameras, and office devices
* Coordinate hardware repair or replacement when needed
𝑹𝒆𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 & 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒖𝒐𝒖𝒔 𝑰𝒎𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕
* Update tickets and documentation in ServiceNow
* Prepare weekly and monthly service reports
* Proactively recommend technical improvements for the Hanoi office
✅ 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬
* Solid knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
* Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
* Good understanding of network fundamentals (LAN/WiFi/Switch)
* Hands-on experience supporting:
+ Printers and office devices
+ Meeting room systems (Teams/Zoom/Webex)
+ Yealink Teams Room / Zoom Room is a strong advantage
* Familiar with Microsoft Digital Workplace tools
𝑬𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆
* Minimum 2 years in IT Help Desk / Desktop Support
* Experience in corporate or multinational environments preferred
* Experience with onsite user support is highly desirable
𝑺𝒐𝒇𝒕 𝑺𝒌𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒔
* Strong customer service mindset
* Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Able to work independently onsite
* Good communication in Vietnamese; basic English for IT terms
⭐ 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 (𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞)
* Microsoft certification (M365, Modern Desktop, etc.)
* Experience working with pharmaceutical or multinational companies
* ITIL Foundation knowledge
* Experience meeting strict SLA environments
