Set-up since 1996 as a Technical Center for doing service and trade promotion in Vietnam market for foreign companies.

1998 EVD changed to a limited company and operate under the Company Law of Vietnam with registration No. 070367 dated Nov. 14, 1998. Since 1996 EVD has been appointed as ESAB exclusive distributor in Vietnam until now. Today EVD become one of the largest welding supplier in Vietn
