💦 SPILLED WATER ON YOUR LAPTOP? The next 5 minutes matter more than you think.

Don't panic — but DO act fast. Here's exactly what to do:

⚡ 1. SHUT IT DOWN IMMEDIATELY
Don't save your work. Don't close tabs. Just hold the power button until it turns off. Every second it stays on, electricity and water are doing damage together.

🔌 2. UNPLUG EVERYTHING
Charger out. USB devices out. If you have a removable battery — take it out now.

🙃 3. FLIP IT UPSIDE DOWN
Open the lid, turn the laptop upside down like a tent. Let gravity pull the water away from the internals. Put it on a dry towel.

💨 4. DO NOT USE A HAIRDRYER
Heat forces moisture deeper into components. No rice either — that's a myth. Just air dry in a well-ventilated spot.

⏳ 5. WAIT — AND THEN CALL US
Don't turn it back on to "check if it's okay." That's how people fry their motherboard. Leave it for at least a few hours, then bring it to us for a proper inspection.

📱 A customer recently traveled all the way from Mai Chau to Hanoi to repair a phone at ProCare Hanoi.

The device was a Xiaomi 12T Pro.

That alone already meant a lot to us.

Because when someone is willing to travel that far for a repair, trust becomes very important.

The repair itself was not quick.

Including the time needed to receive the replacement display, the customer had to wait around 5 hours for everything to be completed.

But throughout the entire process, they remained patient and understanding because they trusted our team to do the job properly.

And in the end — that trust paid off.

After completing the screen replacement, the customer mentioned another long-standing issue.

About one year ago, the phone had been repaired in Indonesia after a previous screen replacement.

Since then, the fingerprint sensor had never worked properly again.

For many people, that may sound like a small inconvenience.

But today, fingerprint authentication is connected to almost everything:

• Banking apps
• Password access
• Secure logins
• Payment confirmations
• Personal privacy

Using a phone every day without a working fingerprint sensor becomes frustrating very quickly.

📩 A customer recently came to ProCare Hanoi after moving to a new computer.

At first, the request sounded simple:

“Can you help transfer and configure my email?”

But the real challenge appeared very quickly.

The customer works in the mining industry and had years of important business emails stored in massive Outlook .PST files — including archived emails dating back to before 2019.

These were not small files.

Some archives were extremely heavy, requiring careful synchronization, migration, indexing, and configuration to make everything work properly on the new machine.

And of course, nothing could be lost.

For nearly 3 hours, our team carefully handled the entire process:

• Configuring all email accounts
• Importing large Outlook PST archives
• Synchronizing old email data from the previous computer
• Checking mailbox integrity and search functionality
• Making sure everything worked smoothly and reliably

Step by step, everything was restored successfully.

Old emails, important conversations, attachments, project history — all preserved and accessible again.

When the customer saw everything working perfectly on the new computer, the reaction was even better than we expected.

This Sony headphone came into ProCare Hanoi with a broken left hinge.

The rotating part on the left side had completely failed.

Normally, headphone hinge repair is not really our main specialty.

But this was not a cheap headset.

And honestly — the sound quality was too good to simply throw away.

Many modern premium headphones have one frustrating weakness:

A small plastic hinge breaks…
and suddenly an expensive headset becomes uncomfortable or almost unusable.

The customer still loved the headphone and did not want to replace it.

So we decided to help.

💻 A customer bought a very nice new Lenovo laptop about 6 months ago.

The hardware was excellent.
Fast, stable, modern.

But there was one problem:

They simply did not enjoy using Windows 11.

📱An iPhone XR came into ProCare Hanoi after a serious fall — around 4 meters high.

The result was brutal.

Front screen shattered.
Back glass destroyed.

But the customer only cared about one thing:

“The data inside is very important. Please help me save the phone if possible.”

We started with a quick inspection.

Very fortunately, the phone was still alive.

But several components were damaged:
• Front camera not working
• Earpiece speaker failed
• Display completely broken
• Face ID lost due to impact

Still — the motherboard and data were intact.
That gave us a chance.

We carefully repaired each issue step by step, restored the device back to working condition, and most importantly — preserved all the customer’s data.

When the phone finally powered on normally again, the customer literally jumped with happiness.
