🌧️ Rain + MacBook Air M1 = NOT a good combination. 😅

This MacBook Air M1 got caught in the rain. Water damaged the USB-C port and, even worse, got inside the display’s reflective layer.

The customer tried to dry it and waited 2 days before bringing it to ProCare Hanoi.

Luckily, it wasn’t too late. 🙏

Our technicians carefully inspected the damage, planned each repair step, and finally brought the MacBook back to life:

🔧 Mainboard repair
🖥️ Reflective layer replacement
✅ Fully tested and working again

Our advice: If your laptop gets wet, don’t wait. The longer water stays inside, the higher the chance of corrosion and permanent damage — sometimes beyond repair.

This time, the MacBook got a second chance. ❤️

📱 Dropped the iPhone… and suddenly it forgot how to charge. 😅

A customer brought us an iPhone 16 that had stopped charging after a fall.

We checked the motherboard carefully and found something interesting: the phone was not detecting the battery properly because the battery data line was missing.

Most likely, the impact had damaged a tiny connection around the battery flex.

After about 2 hours of diagnosis, we tested the phone with another battery…

🔋 Charging normally!

The good news?

The motherboard was perfectly fine. 🎉

Sometimes a big problem comes from a very small connection.

Don't panic. Diagnose first. Repair second.
