Timber Courtyard Living

Timber Courtyard Living is a visualization study developed from real-built exterior photography of a contemporary residential complex. Starting with the existing architecture, our team recreated the project in 3D and expanded it into a full visual narrative—exterior details, courtyard sequences, and interior living spaces—while preserving the original architectural language.
The project explores a calm, human-scaled atmosphere shaped by natural timber façades, exposed concrete, soft daylight, and a courtyard-centric layout. Beyond visual reproduction, this study was designed as a technical and creative exercise, allowing our team to refine key visualization skills—particularly the integration of AI into the production workflow for lighting studies, material consistency, scene variation, and faster iteration.
The result is a set of photorealistic, marketing-ready images that demonstrate how high-quality architectural visualization can extend real-world architecture into compelling visual storytelling for presentations, approvals, and real estate marketing.

Project Skylume is a high-end architectural visualization concept for a contemporary high-rise development, defined by a refined glass façade, softly curved balconies, and a distinctive podium that creates a strong architectural identity at street level.

We’d like to share a selection of images from a recent architectural visualization project: THE PALM OASIS – Resort & Spa.

This project explores a tropical contemporary resort concept, blending soft modern architecture with lush landscaping, open water features, and a strong indoor–outdoor connection to create a relaxed yet premium lifestyle atmosphere.
The main focus of this project was to translate the design intent into clear, emotionally engaging visuals—from the arrival experience and aerial master view to poolside, leisure, and human-scale lifestyle scenes. Particular attention was given to natural daylight balance, warm evening lighting, realistic materials, and water reflections to enhance the sense of calm, luxury, and spatial depth.
