Zimaw chính thức khởi động Tech Talk Series — một không gian để các Zimaw-ers cùng kết nối, học hỏi và chia sẻ những kiến thức thực tiễn từ các chủ đề chuyên môn.

Mở đầu cho chuỗi hoạt động lần này là chủ đề: Project Management – Thách thức, giải pháp và kinh nghiệm thực tế trong quản lý dự án.

Trong buổi Tech Talk đầu tiên, Zimaw rất vinh dự được chào đón Mr. Le Huy Long — Director of Agile Academy và Agile & Leadership Consultant, với hơn 13 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực IT, Agile/Scrum, phát triển năng lực lãnh đạo và tư vấn chuyển đổi Agile cho nhiều tổ chức lớn tại Việt Nam.

Opening this series is the topic: Project Management – Challenges, Solutions, and Practical Experiences in Project Management.

For our very first Tech Talk, Zimaw is honored to welcome Mr. Le Huy Long — Director of Agile Academy and Agile & Leadership Consultant, with over 13 years of experience in IT, Agile/Scrum, leadership development, and Agile transformation consulting for many major organizations in Vietnam.

During the session, Mr. Long will share practical perspectives on common challenges in project management, how different roles within a team can collaborate more effectively, as well as real-world experience in handling project situations. In addition, the open Q&A session will be an opportunity for everyone to directly discuss the challenges they encounter in their daily work.
