EAST experts empower Changan Automobile Group to bring Changxian Technology (a joint venture between Changan and HORIZON) to achieve the first international standard for intelligent driving domain controllers and top international software quality standards. 🥳

Changan Automobile has achieved ASPICE CL3 certification for its driving-domain controller — becoming the first in China to reach this milestone. ASPICE is a globally recognized standard for assessing automotive software process capability, reflecting the maturity, stability, and reliability of software development.

The CL3 certification covers all 14 core process areas, including Active Safety and Adaptive Cruise Control, and sets strict requirements for systemization, traceability, and continuous improvement.

Reaching the industry’s highest level demonstrates more rigorous development processes, higher product quality, and improved system safety and stability. This certification builds a solid foundation for large-scale deployment and global market expansion of Changan’s driving-assistance technologies.
