I am seeking 60 volunteers to participate in an important research study exploring the relationship between Screen Time, cybersecurity literacy, and mental health by investigating the effectiveness of an educational intervention aimed at increasing awareness of digital risks and promoting healthier digital behaviors. This study will involve a comprehensive examination of your digital habits and their impact on your psychological well-being over a 30 day time period. The goal of this study is to gain insights into how your digital and screen time habits impact your mental health while enhancing your overall cyber security literacy.
