Our story started in 2009 as a Python boutique dev shop creating products powered by machine learning. Today, we are a team of 45 developers, machine learning enthusiasts and data scientists that partner up with companies seeking for help to win the AI journey, most of them located in Silicon Valley and NYC. We offer strategic consulting, development and deployment of highly tailored machine learn

ing systems that drive better business results. We love to keep up with the latest research and to dig into state-of-the-art models. Having our own R&D section we create solutions based on the latest techniques in the fields of computer vision, natural language processing and predictive analytics. As part of the international AI community, we're hosting machine learning talks and workshops at renown conferences, such as the Embedded Vision Summit, ODSC and PyImageConf in Silicon Valley or the PyCon in Singapore. A client once brought us an architecture problem, and instead of one answer, they got the whole team’s thinking. 🧠

Collective problem-solving is what our MLOps Forum is about. It’s one of our three technical forums, an open space where the team digs into best practices, tools, and strategies through demos, roundtables, and real case studies.

That’s how we turn shared knowledge into better engineering, with different perspectives working the same problem.

15 years ago, German Hoffman joined us when we were 7 people in an incubator. Today he’s our Director of Tech and we’re 100+ across the globe. 🌍

This month was about the people who built this place, and the ones we welcomed into it.

🪩 We threw Alan Descoins, German Hoffman and Lucia Gonzalez the celebration their 15 year journey in the team deserves!

🏳️‍🌈 It’s Pride Month. For us, that points to something we believe all year, because everyone should feel respected for who they are. When people can be themselves, the perspectives they bring make our work better, and our impact bigger.

🐍 We opened our doors for a PyLadies Uruguay Meetup. A space to keep supporting the participation of women in the Python community. Thank you to Gabita Golmar and alison for the talks and to everyone who came!

We keep working towards belonging, diversity, and community. 💪
