d high-speed internet service to customers in the surrounding Zumbrota area. In addition, we provide additional features like Caller ID, Call Waiting and Voice mail. As a part of our ongoing commitment to our customers, we offer a $1,000. Scholarship to a graduating Senior from Zumbrota-Mazeppa School. Our company prides itself on being customer-friendly with one on one customer and technical service. In addition, we strive to make improvements in technology along with new choices to meet the needs of our customers. You may qualify for the Telephone Assistance Plan (TAP) and federal Lifeline Program. Program eligibility is based on income. TAP is limited to landline home service. There is an outage upstream from us that is affecting a majority of our customers' phones. We are actively working to resolve this. There is no estimated timeline for the fix since it is our upstream carrier's issue.

We are experiencing an upstream carrier issue that is affecting traffic to certain sites. We are working on resolving the issue but are at the mercy of the company that we are experiencing the issue with. We are doing everything we can to speed the repair along. Please be patient and kind with our girls at the front office through this process. We have not been given a timeline for the repair.

Residents of Zumbrota,
Starting Monday morning we will be plowing fiber optic service cables to specific areas. If you haven't already given us permission to plow these services to your home I highly suggest you call our office (732-5103) and give us the go ahead.
This is one of the few chances you'll have to get this cable plowed into your house for FREE!
It will be a great selling point if you ever try to sell your home in the future.
We will eventually abandon the copper cable that our services are offered over currently.
Fiber optic services are the best way to deliver quality internet services to your home.
The areas that we are going to be working in include the following:
Lally Ln, Lally Ct, Willowmere, Judith Cort, Dorothea Drive, Anthony Ct, Lancaster, Quail Ridge Dr, Sequoia, Perry Ct, Jefferson south of 1st Street West and adjacent areas.

The bank of Zumbrota is having an issue receiving local calls due to switching from our telephone service to another company. We are not able to fix this issue but it is being addressed by the company they ported out to. -Jake
