TSI is seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to assist in supporting our North American customer base and helping to advance our software & hardware product offerings. TSI Systems Engineers travel the US and Canada to perform project and customer support tasks. Interpersonal skills are critical to this position as the applicant will consistently be interacting with both customers and subcontractors. Travel for the position generally ranges from 40-70% of time on the road. A standard travel week ranges from Monday – Friday. The candidate will be expected to work out of our Zelienople, PA office when they are not on the road.

Responsibilities:
• Consistent travel to TSI’s North American customer sites
• Troubleshoot installed equipment utilizing standard electrical test equipment
• Troubleshoot networking issues
• Design training documentation and user manuals
• Oversee subcontractor installations of TSI equipment
• Train users on software functionality

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science (will also accept Associates degree in Networking with 1-2 years field experience)
• Knowledge or experience in electrical/mechanical systems
• Knowledge of computer networks
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with Wired/Wireless Computer Networks
• Experience with CCTV Surveillance Systems
• IP Camera Experience
• Experience Programming DVRs or NVRs
