***** ATTENTION *****

Update to current business operation.

This Saturday, April 18th we will be closed as we are taking some personal time this weekend to spend with our family and family that’s coming into town. As for business operations, we are currently about 4-6 days behind on major repairs and we are planning on getting caught up over the next 2 weeks, hopefully sooner. Some apologies for any and all current and past delays over the last month.

As many of you know from our previous post that we were dealing with a family medical issue. Well, unfortunately my (Joey’s)father passed away early morning on April 11th. As you know we are a family owned and run business, so we take our family serious and family always comes first.

So again, we appreciate everyone’s continued support for our small family owned and run business, and we apologize for any an all delays we have had over the past month. I know a lot of you say that there is no need to explain or apologize, but we are a big believer in being open and honest with our clients. Business will continue as normal, just give us a little time to get caught up.

***** ATTENTION *****

Unfortunately, this morning our family is dealing with some difficult news and still handling all the processes and paperwork that are needed. During this time, Joey could randomly be in and out of the shop and possibly close up early or need to close for a day or 2. Please, during this time, be understanding. If we are closed or Joey has stepped out, this could delay repairs and or follow-ups, but we will get everything handled as soon as we can.

Thank you for your understanding and patience as we deal with this family matter.

As our previous post stated, all of our confusion and stress due to the family emergency started the morning that we were headed to the Yuma’s Best award ceremony to receive our award for winning Yuma’s Best. We missed out on getting it that day and have been so scattered since but we finally have our award and now we get to share it with all of you.

Here’s to yet another year of being voted the best in yuma at what we do. Thank you to all of you who voted and who support our small mom and pop shop. We wouldn’t be here with you.

***** Update to current business operations *****

Business is open and running, but we will have some set backs and delays during this time. Joey will be in and out of the shop daily at random times to handle things as needed and there could be complete shut downs of the business. Please be patient and respectful during this time and we will try to keep updates posted here and signs posted on the door when needed. Again please do not harass us about repairs that are taking longer than expected.

Since we are an open and upfront business, and even though we don’t have to explain ourselves, we will give some information. Last week on Thursday while heading to the Yuma’s Best award ceremony, we got an emergency call to rush back home. That morning, Joey had to admit his father to the hospital and he has remained in ICU. The rest of the details are private so we will leave it at that, however this has caused Joey to be under a lot of stress but he promises he will do his best during this time as our family needs him. We are a family run and owed business, and family matters the most, family comes first.

Thank you everyone for your understanding, prayers and continued support during this time you do not know how much it means to us.

Currently we are dealing with a major medical issue with a family member and this will cause delays or momentary stop to business operation. So please, during this time be patient with us as we are currently sorting this matter out.

If it’s something that we use to offer or sell in the past, we will answer them as to why we stopped and if the possibility of bringing that service or product back.

After a long break, sickness then Christmas followed by more sickness and then just trying to get back into the swing of life, we are stocked with goodies. This week we have Pinoy Chewies, Biko, Turon and a new featured item, FUDGE.

I know a lot of people have called and asked about fixing stick drift on gaming controllers. Well, we are in the testing phase with new hall sensor sticks to confirm that updates to the controllers will not interfere with the replacement sticks. Hoping to have this all tested and confirmed by next week, also to have pricing posted on the repair too.

Please bear with us when calling or coming into the store, Joey has lost his voice after being sick and has been a bit of a struggle to speak clearly. He’s going on day 4 of this and hoping it all clears up by next week.
