Afterparty at Hard Rock with some of the vendors who have become good friends. Every game swap we do, 80-90% of the vendors are traveling from out of town and as far as 2-3hrs. So this would not be possible without them. I know I said it last game swap, that this year may be the last for Gamer Life in Yuba City. And that still may be the case. We are still not where we need to be for me to stay committed to this location. But what I will say, is the turnout and love shown this weekend continues to give me hope that we’ll make it to the finish line as we continue trending up. So, thank you to all of the attendees. We can’t have a show if we have no audience, so keep coming out and spread the word as much as you can. You guys keep fighting for us to stay, and we’ll keep building this community together.
The VP of the mall management stopped by for the first time and liked what he saw and will be putting in a good word so we can possibly do these more often. That would definitely help us continue this momentum. I will keep y’all updated on that. But for now, get ready for Sunday Game Days to officially launch starting June, which I’ll release the schedule sometime soon. And the next Game Swap which will be our Fall/3rd Year Anniversary is official for Oct 3-4. Mark your calendars and vendors reach out if you want to secure your spot now.
