Wyandotte Municipal Services has been made aware of phishing emails attempting to trick customers into updating their personal information.

If you receive an email requesting this information:

ConneX Outage Update

If you are experiencing issues with your telecommunications services, you are asked to please power cycle all devices (Modems, Televisions, Routers). Unplug for 60 seconds and plug back in to reboot. If power cycling does not correct your issues, please call us at 734-324-7190.

Wondering when fiber is coming to your neighborhood? Our new Neighborhood Fiber Upgrade Map is now available and shows the anticipated schedule for fiber upgrades throughout the city.

The map is color-coded by timeframe, making it easy to see when crews are expected to begin work in your area.

๐Ÿ“ฌ When your neighborhood is ready for the transition, affected customers will receive a letter with instructions on how to schedule their fiber installation. Customers who do not respond may also receive a door tag reminder.
