There’s a large maintenance outage announced by SCE on 11/17/2025 which starts at 8:00am - 10:00am.

UIA’s Fiber and Internet is unaffected. If you have power back up your internet should work just fine.

Hello UIA customers. Last night many of you noted that your speeds were significantly off during peak hours. I relayed your messages to Wes and our CTO. In examination of the concerns, it was revealed that our primary circuit had been functioning on an unknown dependency on the backup. The backup went down last night revealing the dependency and causing the slow speeds. We will be doing some testing and correcting of this issue over the next few days. If you are having continued problems that seem unrelated to this issue, please give us a call Tech Support at 909-605-2000 M-F 7-6 and 8-5 Saturday and Sunday.

We are accepting agreements for all sections within the HOA of Helendale. Please make sure to request yours by sending an email to [email protected] if you have not requested one already. Installs will begin Feb. 10th.

Continuing to make appointments for installations for Section 4. There is a backlog due to high demand. Please be patient with us as we try and get as many people on as possible in a short time. The techs are working hard despite the high heat and will get to your install as soon as we can.

An Ultimate Internet Access update for the condos on Nautical. We have been given permission and begun construction on all the apartments and condos on Nautical. We expect to finish the Nautical Villas construction by next week and will begin scheduling as soon as I get the ok. We are installing for the 14530 Nautical apartments now, but only for the #16 and above. We have ordered the parts we need for all the other projects and expect those to take another week or so and then I will begin scheduling for those as well. So condo/ apartment, it's looking for great for you to get access very soon. We are so thankful for all the boards for working with us, and we are also thankful for your patience while we worked out the process. Section 4, you are coming up July 15th, which is not that far. Just a little bit longer. I'll announce it here when we are ready to take agreements.
