Sorry I have been absent lately! Started a new job and thanks to my daily routine of Plexus Slim, Bio Cleanse, probiotic, and Accelerator I have all the energy I need to get me up and at 'em when my alarm goes off at 5:40AM! For those of you that are still wondering what Plexus is all about! Just ask me! I was never one to buy into a "pyramid scheme". However, I have NEVER been more WRONG about something in my life! On a daily basis I suffered from horrible acid reflux. So horrible it would wake me up in the middle of the night. As most of you know I am a pharmacy technician and have been for 13 years now so I've always been about modern medicine. Well, I still like being a pharmacy tech but since starting Plexus I have gone from taking 5 medications daily (BC, Heart medication, Trazodone for sleep, Lexapro for mood, and Naproxen for pain two daily) down to 2 once a day which are birth control and my heart medication. Since week 1 Plexus has since taken away my acid reflux completely! No matter if I eat something spicy, greasy, or just plain bad for you. I now have more energy than I ever have! Day #6 (since I can't sleep and haven't made it through day 7 yet) I can honestly say I have noticeable difference in my energy level! Aside from that my favorite part is I have not had a signal day of acid reflux or bloating which I CONSTANTLY had. Every day sometimes multiple times a day even on doctor prescribed medications (which I am no longer taking as they are not needed!) because of not be bloated I have a 3 inch difference in my upper waist size. I am waiting for a solid week before I post if there have been any weight changes but so far I am BEYOND thrilled that I started this journey!! I can't thank those enough who convinced me to do so!
