It is the holiday season and a beautiful one at that. The Christmas lights, beautiful fall colors and winter colors are all around us. There is so much to be grateful for and of course, for us, one of those things is you, our loyal customer.
We would like to stay connected with you, to tell you the newest updates, technology, and tips to help you with all your device needs. Below is an item we have seen pop up recently and would like to address this with you.
We have been receiving a lot of calls about emails (web-based, Yahoo, AOL, GMAIL, MCTV). We need to inform you that we are unable to help with these service requests. We do not have access to any of these third-party vendor programs, which reside on their web sites. Additionally, they will only discuss issues with the owner of the account, that is you.
We strive to do everything we can to assist you with your computer issues or software issues that are applications downloaded onto your computer (i.e., Microsoft Office, Adobe). Web-based applications are out of our control, and we are unable to service those items. We can help you learn how to use them properly. We, also, can assist you in installing an email application like outlook or the mail app, but beyond that, unfortunately our hands are tied.
