I hate having to make a post like this, but it has been brought to my attention that some exhibitors from recent shows have been screenshotting photo proofs from my galleries.
Please remember that all images, including watermarked proofs, are protected by copyright. Screenshotting, saving, sharing, posting, printing, or otherwise using proofs without purchasing them is copyright infringement and unauthorized use of copyrighted work.
My goal has always been simple: to provide exhibitors with high-quality, treasured photos that they can look back on for years to come. I work hard to keep my pricing reasonable while still delivering professional images and exceptional quality. Every purchased photo is individually edited, cropped, and enhanced to ensure you receive the best possible final product.
I invest countless hours and significant expenses into attending shows, photographing classes, sorting thousands of images, editing photos, uploading galleries, and delivering final products. Photo sales are what allow me to continue offering this service throughout the season.
Unauthorized use of copyrighted images may result in legal action. Copyright laws protect photographers and their work, even when images are displayed as proofs or previews online.
