Today, we’re launching something we believe matters.

Through our work on the Connect Across Tacoma program with BBR Academy, we’ve seen both sides of the same challenge:

There is a growing need for people who understand cybersecurity and AI

And there are many people ready to step into these careers, but without clear pathways

We’re working to bridge that gap.

TCN, alongside BBR Academy and partners, is launching a CyberAI initiative to train 1,000 people over the next two years and connect them to apprenticeships and real job opportunities.

This work is about:
1. Building a workforce for where technology is going
2. Creating access to careers that don’t always feel reachable
3. Strengthening the systems and communities we all rely on

If this is something you care about, we invite you to support or share: https://givebutter.com/c/lets-launch-seattles-next-cyberai-institute-9vp1rt/members/tcncoop?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=cyberai_launch_2026&utm_content=tcn_facebook&utm_id=cyberai_2026&utm_source_platform=facebook&utm_term=idbbrtcn_general&utm_marketing_tactic=general_initial_outreach&utm_creative_format=direct_link
