If you come across a website that shows things like this, do not click download. There is no reason for you to click download. These are ads that are designed to make people think they need to download something in order to continue reading an article or view a page. Typically you can scroll past these but if not, click back or close the window.

We have had people who have been confused on how random apps are downloaded to their phones and sometimes it can be caused by misleading ads like these.

We are beyond fed up with people expecting free services and being upset with the fact that we charge for our experience. It is also getting well past aggravating that these same people storm out and refuse to listen when we try to explain things to them or even work with them on a price for something simple. All they hear is a number that's not "FREE" and suddenly they explode about having to pay anything at all because "It's a simple fix!" - Simple for us, that's why you came to us in the first place, because you didn't know how to do it in the first place. A mechanic is still going to charge you for an oil change even if it does only take 10 minutes. You pay for the experience not the time. You are also charged based on complexity. One service may have cost more that you anticipated but it may be simpler than that service entails and will cost less. If you don't like the price ask questions before you throw your hands in the air and storm out of our store like a child who didn't get what they wanted.

We have seen an influx of water damaged devices. DO NOT PUT THEM IN RICE! In order to even have the rice pull any moisture, heat needs to be applied which isn't very good for your device either. There is also a risk of the rice becoming lodged in various ports causing further damage. If you have a wet device, turn it off if possible, do NOT plug it in, remove the sim tray if possible as well as remove it from the case it is in and put it by a fan to try and dry the device. Below are a few links with more information.

Hello! We would like to take a moment to bring you some information on water damage!

When you hear water damage, most people automatically think of an electronic device that has had contact with water directly such as being submerged in a puddle, the lake, or falling in snow.

Here are a few other ways that water damage can occur.

-Spilling beverages onto/near the electronic device
-Weather such as heavy rainfall, snow, etc.
-Taking the electronic device into a sauna or bathroom while bathing/showering. *Steam can cause moisture in your phone*
-Being outdoors in high humidity
-Moving from a hot environment to a cool environment.

If you have cracks in your screen or damage to the bezel from drops, it can weaken the device's seal making it easier to become victim to water damage.

Enjoy your summer!
