We are currently looking to hire a Level 2 (or above) technician to assist in the daily monitoring and maintenance, as well as the future growth of our customers. Applicant must be proficient in PC hardware troubleshooting, networking, full Microsoft 365 suite, patch management, Windows and Mac security, cloud storage, local Active Directory environments, Quickbooks for Desktop, and advanced end-user issue troubleshooting.
Official certifications are preferred (A+, network+, Microsoft etc) but not required if sufficient skills are evident.
This is a full time position involving daily remote support from our office as well as in-person support whenever necessary.
Full Time: Monday through Friday
Salary: $70-$100k annually
