One of the most common questions we receive about the Phone Ministry role is: What shifts are available, and do I have any flexibility in choosing my schedule?

We offer weekday, weekend, and overnight shifts; however, ministers are not able to select their own hours or days. Because we operate as a 24/7 prayer center, our schedules are carefully structured to provide coverage around the clock. We hire based on the needs of the department, which means shift availability may vary from one hiring cycle to the next.

One of the questions we're asked most often is, "What exactly does a Phone Minister do?"

Our Phone Minister role is where ministry meets customer service. Each call is different as we assist callers with prayer, donations, ordering products, and providing information about upcoming events, all while representing Andrew's heart over the phone to our callers.
