We just released a new attendance feature that allows students to self-report to class, by scanning a QR code using the TrackCC app on their own phones - saving the teacher time & effort to take attendance. Details on this article:

PROBLEM: Recording attendance at the beginning of each class can be a chore - and take valuable time away from teaching the class. Students arriving late can further interrupt the lesson, as the teacher will need to record the tardy student. How could this be automated?

Introducing the calendar & other useful new features!
TrackCC version 4.4 now includes a school calendar where you can create calendar events per class, per teacher & per school and share with students & guardians. App, email and text notifications now work across all TrackCC functions, including the new calendar! Here you can see the event view of the calendar on the app, which is available on the Apple App Store, Google Play Amazon App Store and Mac App Store.

Version 4.3 of the TrackCC app for iOS, Android and macOS is now available - and adds support for automating attendance recording for student IDs cards by using a barcode / QR code reader, or an NFC chip reader.

Do your students have ID cards? Do the ID cards have a barcode, QR code printed on them? Or do the ID cards have an embedded NFC chip - where chip ID = student ID?
