As we continue to celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month, we're excited to spotlight David Andalcio, Wynndalco Enterprises, LLC founder and CEO and a member of our board.

David came to the U.S. in 1975, and he credits that move with giving him a foundation of a lasting work ethic. His advice for young professionals: "Hard work will pay off and you will be recognized; maintain the work ethic of your familial generations and you will be rewarded."

He and Wynndalco are passionate about giving back to the communities they serve—whether through donating millions of dollars' worth of computer systems to Chicago Public Schools and the College of DuPage or supporting cancer research and food banks.
