Purveyos - POS

06/26/2026

We’ve been quietly working on something new for local producers and market organizers.

It’s called PurveyOS Markets, and it’s built for local food groups, pickup markets, farmers markets, REKO-style rings, co-ops, bakers, makers, and producers who want an easier way to sell together online.

Customers will be able to browse products, order ahead, and pick up at a scheduled local pickup.

Vendors and organizers will be able to manage products, exact-weight packages, orders, pickup events, customer info, and notifications all in one place.

It’s still early, but we’re starting to test it and would love feedback from anyone who organizes or sells through a local market group.

Would something like this help your market, Reko Ring, Co-op??

We built PurveyOS because we were tired of piecing together spreadsheets, disconnected apps, handwritten labels, and systems that didn’t fit how producers actually sell.

Whether you sell:
• By weight
• By item
• Online
• In person
• At markets, on the farm, or both

PurveyOS helps keep everything connected.
One system. Your business. Your way.

Try it free:

Sell by weight or fixed price, sync online and in-person inventory, print labels, manage customers and orders, and run the business from one producer-built system.

PurveyOS keeps growing. 🚀

We’re building more tools to help producers sell smarter — without juggling five different systems.

New & upcoming features include:

📦 In-house shipping labels
🌐 Custom-branded websites
⚖️ Scale integration
📊 Report analytics
🧾 Invoices
📱 Google Play app now in testing

Built to simplify the way producers label, track, and sell.

More tools. Same simplicity.

Sell by weight or fixed price, sync online and in-person inventory, print labels, manage customers and orders, and run the business from one producer-built system.

So i spent this past weekend at the Okie Homesteading Expo and honestly? It filled my cup right up.

I went with the intention of marketing and sharing PurveyOS — the farm inventory and point-of-sale software I built specifically for our farm. But what I walked away with was so much more than that.

Standing there talking to families at the very beginning of their homesteading journey — dreaming of growing their own food, raising their own animals, building something lasting for the next generation. It reminded us so much of where we were almost 8 years ago.

Back then we were just two people and 3 kids with a big dream of owing land with no intentions of farming and no idea what homesteading was. But life has a funny way of guiding you to where you are supposed to be. Today, Crossley’s Sweet P Pastures is a full-time farm raising pasture-raised pork ,chicken, and eggs 🐷🐔 — and what started as feeding our own family has grown into feeding numerous families in our community and surrounding communities. That's something we don't take lightly.

Talking with folks this weekend reminded us why we do what we do. The homesteading community is full of people who believe in real food, real work, and taking care of one another. We're proud to be part of it.

If you're on this journey too — whether you're just starting out, feeding your community, or building something of your own — we'd love to be part of your story. Come find us at Crossley's Sweet P Pastures for real food raised with care, or at PurveyOS if your farm is ready for tools that actually work for you.

All set up at the Okie Homesteading Expo.

If you're a producer, you've done this walk.
Order comes in at night, you can't remember what's in stock, so you get up and go check. Again.
Your software should be working harder than you are — not the other way around.
PurveyOS takes the load off. Know what you have, right from your phone, without leaving the room.
Label. Track. Sell. Simple.

Your farm store shouldn't have to close because you have to run to town.

We built a self-checkout kiosk right into PurveyOS — customers browse real inventory, pick their exact package weight, and pay. No staff required.

Your farm. Open 7 days a week. Even when you're not there.

Are you selling by the pound or giving weight away? There's a difference.
