📢 NOTICE OF 2026 BOARD OF DIRECTORS NOMINATIONS 📢

East Buchanan Telephone Cooperative members are reminded that the Cooperative's bylaws, approved at the December 2020 Annual Meeting, provide a 60-day nomination period for members interested in running for the Board of Directors.

🗓 Nomination Period:
August 15, 2026 - October 15, 2026

Members may nominate another cooperative member or nominate themselves to run in the Board election at the Annual Meeting on Monday, December 7, 2026.

✅ Incumbent Board Members Seeking Re-Election:
• Winthrop Exchange – Daniel Cocking
• Quasqueton Exchange – Eldon Baragary
• Aurora/Stanley Exchange – Colin Koch

⚠️ Important: Because the incumbent directors are seeking re-election, the bylaws allow only one nomination per exchange area. The first valid nomination received from a cooperative member in each exchange area will be accepted to run in the election.
