Why Things Slip and Growth Stalls

Don't try to fix it all at once! Solve the major issue first.

You opened a shop to solve problems. Someone else's problems, are your opportunities.

First, get the job done. A car back on the road, an AC blowing cold, a cracked window replaced. Done beats perfect.

Then, tighten your process. Better workflows, cleaner communication, fewer callbacks and warranties.

Then - and only then - scale it up. But make sure you have the right tools to do so!

Too many small business owners skip straight to step 3 and wonder why growth feels like chaos.
