Recently we worked together as a team to rethink our mission. What makes us who we are? What do we want our clients to experience as they engage with us? This was really hard work, but we found it valuable, sobering, haunting and invigorating. I like to call it our banner: Extraordinary Collaboration - Liberating Results.
