In case you missed it, last week we released Drive Scope 2.0.6. This free update includes optimized support for users running macOS 26 Tahoe, along with the usual bug fixes, improvements, and other enhancements.

To update to Drive Scope 2.0.6, simply launch the Drive Scope 2 application and select "Check for Update..." from the Drive Scope menu to obtain this latest version or login into your Micromat online user account to download the Drive Scope 2.0.6 disk image from the Downloads section.

Earlier this afternoon, we released version 1.0.7 of TrashMan. This update includes additional improvements for users running macOS 26 Tahoe, including improved reliability of the TrashMan menu window to help prevent the unresponsive behavior some users experienced in the previous version. As always, this release also includes minor fixes and general enhancements.

To update to the latest version, make sure TrashMan is installed and currently running. Then click the TrashMan menu bar icon, select the Open icon in the upper-right corner of the dropdown menu, and choose the “Check for Update...” option.

Alternatively, you can log in to your Micromat online user account and download the TrashMan 1.0.7 disk image from the Downloads section of your Profile page.

The Techtool Pro 21.0.9 update was released to yesterday afternoon and is available for download. This free update adds support for the latest Apple hardware, reintroduced support for iOS devices in the Battery Check test, added Italian and Spanish localizations, as well as minor fixes and general enhancements.

Wow, how did we miss this recent application update announcement? Last week, we released MachineProfile version 1.4.28, which adds identity support for the new Mac Studio (2025), MacBook Air (13-inch, M4, 2025), and MacBook Air (15-inch, M4, 2025), along with other minor fixes and enhancements.

For users of TrashMan, we released version 1.0.6 this morning to address an issue where certain valid serial numbers were no longer being recognized correctly. This update restores proper validation and ensures continued access to all TrashMan features.
