This role sits at the intersection of strategy and ex*****on. You’ll own campaigns end-to-end, work directly with sales and product teams, and see the direct impact of your work on the business. What You’ll Do
• Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns digital, social, email, and events from brief to performance report.
• Create compelling content and promotional materials (copy, visuals, video briefs) that clearly communicate product value to target audiences.
• Own Ceyentra’s social media presence: content calendar, community engagement, paid social, and growing organic reach.
• Run email marketing programmes: list segmentation, automation flows, A/B testing, and deliverability.
• Manage online advertising (Google Ads, Meta) set up, monitor, and continuously optimise for cost-per-lead and pipeline contribution.
• Conduct market research to surface trends, competitor moves, and unmet customer needs; translate findings into actionable marketing recommendations.
• Partner with the sales team on lead-generation campaigns, ensuring tight alignment on ICP, messaging, and follow-up.
• Track, analyse, and report campaign KPIs weekly; present clear insights and recommended pivots to the marketing lead.
• Stay current with platform changes, emerging tools, and industry best practices bring new ideas to the team regularly.
• Drive and support digital marketing projects, campaigns, and growth initiatives across Ceyentra, client accounts, and partner engagements.
What We’re Looking For
Required
• Bachelor’s degree, Higher Diploma, or professional certification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years’ hands-on experience in digital marketing, content, or brand management (internships and freelance count).
• Demonstrated ability to run social media accounts or digital ad campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong written English: you can write a crisp campaign brief, a compelling LinkedIn post, and a clear performance summary.
• Analytical mindset: comfortable in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or equivalent; able to turn data into decisions.
• Organised and deadline driven; can juggle multiple campaigns without dropping the ball.
Nice to Have
• Experience marketing a SaaS or technology product.
• Familiarity with the higher-education sector in Sri Lanka or the region.
• Working knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, or Adobe suite).
• Fluency in Sinhala or Tamil is an advantage.
