Mementia is looking for an additional part-time Boardmaster to join our self-managed team.
Boardmaster is a crucial Role for our Circle. They make the Circle run efficiently by enforcing our Boards policies, gently nudging our Partners and vendors when they are less than transparent about their work, and, most importantly, clarifying the next actions on our Boards for all projects.
While deceptively simple, this Role requires a great deal of structure, and is well-suited for a structured, rule-based person.
Accountabilities:
Requiring Roles and vendors to clarify and update issues in accordance with active policies, continuously during the day
Verifying scheduling in Team Calendar continuously
Requirements:
Fluent English is a must-have, other languages are an advantage
Clear and explicit communication skills
Rule-based mindset
Understand the basics of the software development process
Understanding Kanban boards and principles
Ability to apply the principles of the Getting Things Done methodology
Persistence and assertiveness while remaining polite
At least 4 hours of availability per day
