🖥️ One of the most useful tests for an operational system is to follow a single piece of information from beginning to end. Take a completed visit.

Where does the information go? Does someone re-enter it? Does someone check it manually? Does another person need to copy it into billing? Does a manager need to update another record?

Every additional handoff adds friction. A connected operation reduces those handoffs. The aim is simple: information should move with the work instead of requiring people to repeatedly move the information.
