There are currently 2 Skywire towers down affecting service for some wireless internet customers. We are working on the issue but services are not expected to be restored until morning.

We will be performing network maintenance begining tonight at 12:01AM to move 13 service areas over to a new system. This will create a service outage for those areas. Services should not be down for long but the maintenace window is from midnight to 3AM. If your internet service stops during this time period it should come back relatively quickly but no service calls will be addressed during the maintenance period.

The snow has been piling up on the satellite dishes but all channels have been restored!

One of our towers that provides wireless internet took a direct lighting strike last night. We will be working to rebuild it as weather permits climbers to be on the tower.

The areas affected are around Stewartsville, Baton Rouge Road and the surrounding central area of the county.

WCET channels, 48, 49, and 50 on Williamstown Cable, are down. The issue is at the WCET tower in Cincinnati and their engineers say they hope to have the new parts by Friday.

MONDAY, MAY 1, 2023

We will be retiring our SD channels and only offer HD channels on Basic, Expanded Basic, HBO, Cinemax, Showtime and Starz package.

Who wants SD anyway and duplicate HD/SD channels? This change will free up more space in the spectrum to offer more services and faster internet!

If you use a set-top box, you won't have to do anything. If you use your TV remote and tuner without a box, simply go to the menu, setup, channels and auto scan.
