Thank you PA State Rep. Jamie Flick for being present for our ribbon cuttings!

Congratulations to Ignite Business Services and Xtego Creative on their joint ribbon cuttings in their new offices located at 320 Pine St., Williamsport. Ignite provides accounting, marketing, websites, and advertising services while Xtego focuses on website development. The two businesses are an example of small business success, often partnering their services together for a stronger combined offering to benefit customers.

𝗜𝗖𝗬𝗠𝗜: 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗯𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the new office, took a tour, and celebrated with us. The turnout was better than we expected, and we're grateful for all the support we received.

Now, for our favorite part of the evening.

Some of you may remember when our friends at Ignite Business Services, Inc. trapped a "mouse" under a trash can in their office and called Nathan over to handle it. It was a computer mouse. They filmed his heroic rescue and posted the whole thing on Facebook at our expense.

We like to think we're not petty. Just patient.

So this is what our guests found if they wandered into our conference room.

A genuinely impressive number of you took part in the retaliatory mission. Several of you planted more than one! Thank you for your service.

Ignite, if things keep turning up around your office, we have no idea what you're talking about.

Thanks for being the best neighbors in the building.

Your move.

Xtego Creative has moved into a new office at 330 Pine Street, and on Thursday we're doing something we've never done in the history of this company: cutting a ribbon! This one's a real milestone for us, and we'd like you in the room for it.

Our neighbors at Ignite Business Services landed across the hall, so they're cutting one too.

📅 Thursday, September 10
🕓 4:00–6:00 PM · ribbon cutting at 4:30
📍 330 Pine Street, Second Floor · Williamsport

Tour both offices, meet both teams, enjoy some snacks and drinks, and pick a side in the ongoing prank war. Door prize drawings will also be held.

Free to attend — but grab your spot. RSVP Link in the comments 👇

In business since 2009 and zero ribbons cut? Would you believe us if we said the shipping time on large ceremonial scissors is about 17 years? I wouldn’t either. But they will be here. Come watch us use them exactly once at our new office ribbon cutting and open house!

Refreshments provided.

𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟬, 𝟰-𝟲 𝗣𝗠, 𝟯𝟯𝟬 𝗣𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘁, 𝗦𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟭.

𝗡𝗼𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗗𝗶𝗱𝗻'𝘁 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗜𝗻

That's me on the sidewalk outside our office in downtown Williamsport, in the rain, under one of our own fancy Xtego umbrellas.

I don't write much about this company on social media. After seventeen years, I could count on one hand the number of times I've said anything publicly about what we're building here. But that doesn't mean I'm not excited about it. The work speaks, clients refer, and we've stayed busy. But standing out there holding an Xtego umbrella…the symbolism is not lost on me. Here's what it got me thinking about:

When a client hires us, whether it's for their website, their marketing, or their network, what they're really buying is the right to stop worrying about it. That's the site that doesn't go down the week of their busy season. The phone call that gets answered by someone who already knows their setup, and the business technology that solves real business problems. Most of our best work is invisible by design. Nobody notices the storm they didn't get caught in. That's the job, and after seventeen years I'm good with the fact that doing it well means nobody claps.

What I didn't expect at the start was the team. I ran Xtego as a part-time gig for well over a decade. It was just me. Nathan came on as Client Success Manager a year ago and James, earlier this summer. If the umbrella is the promise, then Nathan is the one who makes sure it stays over your head. And if the umbrella is the product, James makes sure it's the highest quality umbrella you've ever used. We all bring our own strengths to the table, and combined, I can say with confidence that I have the best team in the business.

Then there are our clients. Some of you have been with us for more than a decade. You stayed through platform migrations, through growing pains, and through the stretch of years when I was doing sales, support, and billing myself. You referred your friends. You picked up the phone when I called. I don't take any of that lightly, and if I haven't said it plainly lately, thank you.

The same goes for this community. Williamsport isn't where you go to build a technology company. We’re building one here anyway, and this town is a big part of why it has worked so far. Businesses on these blocks trusted a local guy with their infrastructure well before I had a track record to reference. Now we do, seventeen years' worth. And while I am grateful for our history, I'm even more excited for what we're building towards. The best version of Xtego is still ahead of us.

Liv's Stargrace Foundation has a home online, and we'd like more people to find it.

Olivia "Liv" Perrotto spent fifteen years loving space and helping kids through cancer while fighting it herself. Her family is carrying that forward.

We were honored to build the site, and we'd love it if you took the time to read Liv's Story.

Some good news to share: the Xtego team is growing! I'd like to introduce you to our newest team member, James Hendrie.

James joins us after several years building advanced product and process systems for a fast-growing healthcare technology company. He brings a rare combination of technical depth, AI fluency, and knowledge-management expertise, the kind of behind-the-scenes skill set that quietly makes everything run better.

As our Systems Architect, James's job is to make Xtego work better for you: cleaner workflows, sharper products, and a team that can keep growing without ever dropping the ball on what you need.

James joined us in June and then promptly went on a two week leave to welcome a new baby girl into the world. Now he's back and already busy creating new systems and products in alignment with the focus of our mission— our customers' success.

As always, thank you to our customers who have trusted and supported us over the years. Growth like this simply isn't possible without our awesome customers, and we don't take that for granted. Here's to building something great together!
