Part-time to Full-time (Hourly) / 24 to 32 hours a week

Innovative Answering Service is a live telephone answering service that acts as a virtual receptionist to provide businesses with exceptional customer service. We have over 40 years in the call center industry and have a great reputation in the area that we are dedicated to maintaining. In addition to the answering service, we also operate an alarm dispatch center for our sister company Kamco Services. We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic candidates who are looking for a career!
Responsibilities:
*Answering inbound and outbound calls
*Transferring calls & taking detailed messages
*Following scripts and procedures provided to us by our customer
*Relaying verbal and typed messages to clients
*Monitor Kamco alarms (after 90 days of employment and a federal background check - must have a clean criminal history)
*Providing excellent customer service
*Detail oriented and fast paced work
Employee must be dependable, flexible (we are open 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week), committed and company focused, a team player, a fast learner, have a strong attention to detail, work well under pressure, and have a professional demeanor. We are a drug free work place.
Up to Full-time / 32 hours a week with a 90 day probationary period.
